There are ten ethnic groups among the Turkic peoples who have Eastern Orthodox adherents:

1. Tatars,
2. Chuvashes,
3. Yakuts,
4. Gagauz,
5. Khakas,
6. Altaians,
7. Dolgans,
8. Shors,
9. Tofalars and
10. Chulyms.

Gagauz and Chulyms are entirely Eastern Orthodox Christians.
